Dear Friends,

Many of you have received letters from the Navy requesting the purchase of temporary easements on your property for purposes of conducting environmental research for their EIS.  This request has been reviewed by our legal counsel, who recommended some changes to the basic agreement.  The revised agreement is posted on our website, www.novaolf.com.  It is located on the "Maps and Other Resources" page.  Feel free to print and use this revised agreement.

Thanks to those of you who continue to support Virginians Against the Outlying Landing Field.  We recently had two winners in our summer raffle fundraiser.  The winner of the Husqvarna riding lawnmower is Mark Phillips, and the winner of the 50/50 is James Gaskins.  Congratulations to them and thanks to all of you who helped make our fundraiser a success.
